Anyone know of effective ways of losing the extra belly after having your baby? I'm a month postpartum and I am so insecure about my stomach.. I'm 10 pounds above my pre pregnancy weight, and have been cleared to exercise again.. I've always had issues with my self image, and really want to get rid of my belly.. 😔
