Best way to increase breast milk??

Gatorade, drink plenty of water, eat a lot of protein

Okay, I'll get some Gatorade. What's a good protein cause I get so burnt out on regular meat :/ @blessing2016

Yeah me too!! Lol but for the most part staying really hydrated and drinking lots of water and constantly pumping or feeding will keep your breast milk supply adequate! I'm just going off of what my doctor has told me and the research i have done! I'm about to have my first baby in a couple weeks! @tater4414

I've been pumping and feeding but I'm just not producing enough to be able to pump and store which is what I want to do! @mothertobe16

I completely understand! Hopefully drinking tons of water will help!
