I'd like to have a drink but whenever I'm about to do it I feel like I'm a bad mom 😕😔 I was never a drinker before just one here and there but I can't do it 😩 I feel like it'll end up ruining my milk lol. ( I know one won't hurt) Even if I wasn't breastfeeding I'd feel bad.

me to i always feel like a bad mom ! because i also breastfeed but one doesnt hurt ! so the saying is " if you can drive you can breastfeed if you cant drive you cannot breastfeed "

I've been thinking about it around like new years just making sure I have a lot of milk stocked and getting those test strips
