My daughters father is serving me papers to go to court for joint custody. He has barely been around for the two months she's been born. What should I expect in court?

If he can prove that he is fit and able to take care for her and working with his own place then he will more then likely get it

@cheerbigk, they will most likely give you joint custody unless you can prove he's a bad parent. I just had my court today.
