i have a 98 honda accord and cant seem to put the baby car seat base right. tr base comes with LATCH but my car from what i see doesnt have the Latch hooks in built in ...an when i tie down the car seat base with the seatbelt its too lose so the carseat base moves ALOT ....need help is there anything else i can do about this 😬

Go to your local police station, and ask for help. They will help you install it properly or tell you what you need.
I know that you can go to a local police station or firehouse and they'll have someone that can install it for you since it's an older car. You might wanna call in advance to make sure there is someone there that's available to do it. Sometimes they'll even come to you
the carseat should come with a metal thibg just put the seatbelt on and slide in the medal hooky thibg it will keep the seatbelt from becoming loose
Well you can use the seat belt and not the base, and put the base in someone else's car
you dont have to use a base. just strap it threw the slits in the carseat
