Anybody ever hear of hot chocolate helping labor? My bodyfriend is from Puerto Rico and he swears that over there it helps women go into it. His dad even told me to start drinking it a bunch. lol. Super weird but I won't turn down hot cocoa!

I haven't heard of that and I just googled it cause I have a cup of hot chocolate pretty much every morning lol. I don't wanna go into labor tho cause I'm only 15 weeks~

Why is hot water bad for baby? I'm confused. A scalding hot bath is the only thing that helps my body aches. I just lay back in it.
