A quick rant mamas...yesterday my father n law asked if I breastfeed my baby n I said yes...(which I pump to bottle feed) at the time I was bottle feeding him so he said what are u feeding him now..I replied my milk...he said that's not the same thing because it's better to latch him to ur breast...so I said no it's the same...so he said no it's not so then my husband said yes it is because it's her milk...so then my husbands sister n law had to put her 2 cents in it too...she said u don't latch him to ur breast...so I said no...she was like I breastfeed my baby until she was almost two years old...like I hate when ppl shame moms that pump to bottle feed their babies...I feel like there's nothing wrong with that ..we mothers have our own ways of wanting to feed our babies
P.s I've been lucky to pump n feed my baby n donate my liquid gold

just sad!! it's still your milk and I would've told her I don't give a damn if u breast fed till he was 22 !!!..it's still the same thing cause it's my milk...

You're still breastfeeding, it's just in a different form. Don't let anyone talk down to you. Pumping is a hellofa lot harder than breastfeeding! You're going above and beyond to give your baby YOUR milk. Good job momma!
