Anyone get a haircut before 12 months? My almost 10 month old son has long hair that I have to tuck his hair behind his ear and when he wakes up in the morning it's a mess! I feel like a lot of people judge if you give a haircut before a year old.. Not that I care but just wondering what you guys think !

my nephew has really curly hair and it wouldnt look right if he left it to grow out for too long. he just turned 1 this month but hes been getting haircuts since 7 months. It took us a while though to find someone whod actually cut his hair. mostly everyone said we have to wait till hes 1 so that risk of getting an infection is low. Just make sure who you go to cleans their equipment before putting it on your child
I don't have a son but with my nephew he had so much hair at 9 or 10 months I took him to get a hair cut. The lady just trimmed his hair. He didn't get a buzzer to his head till he was around 1 and half
well I think you're not supposed to use a razor or whatever since the baby has bald spots but girl I took scissors and was cutting my own baby hair around 9 months cuz I hated the look..once he became one he got a real haircut
