Hey guys! Really craving beer after having my daughter. But I breast feed my daughter I have plenty of breast milk stalked up in the freezer. Just wondering how much I need to pump and dump? Also is it true that a beer will help produce more milk? Thank you in advance!

I drink wine and beer all the time .
What I do is I always have just one glass of wine or one beer. And wait 2 hours. Or at least until I don't feel buzzed at all. If I have two beers, I wait 4 hours .

you dont have to dump as long as yoyr not buzzed having 1 and still nursing is fine and yes the brewers yeast in beer makes more milk
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....

you can also use that breast milk for other things. it's great for babies skin
