Breastfed babies can go about a week without pooping be okay, for formula babies they can go about 5.

I had the same problem and I freaked out... but I found a solution lol take his legs and kinda bend it where his knees touch his belly and hold it there for 15-20 secs.. then stretch his legs(do this about 10x ) then kinda massage his belly.. about 10x and the next diaper change or the one after that he should have a surprise for you (;
