@prettyasnisha, its different for everyone... mine was cramps all over my belly then pressure and a pinching on my cooch(at the same time)

When I get mine I get a cramping pain from my back all the way around my stomach and it hurts like hell lol

tightening of belly is pretty much what BH are. pain in your lower region and in your back are contractions. everyone is different but you'll know the difference

mine felt like my stomach was so tight it was gonna tear and it felt like my muscles were havong spasms

Both
