Got to the stage where I am incredibly fatigued all the time. All I want to do is sleep. And I'm a major grump 👍🏻😂

I'm the same I get up and walk to the kitchen and feel like a bus hit me and I've run a marathon. This is particularly early for me to have this.

Do you get really breathless ? I feel like that just walking small steps 😂 he seems to be in position where my lungs are his favourite things to kick and elbow
