try a different feeding position too. sometimes they are better at latching one was and not others.. I use the cradle hold for my right and I was using the football hold for my left because she would grab that one differently. now she's fine any way.

is the baby nipplefeeding.. try to put the nipple far in so its almost in the back of the mouth

how are your flanges fitting? I had to get the 21mm because the original ones would pull mt areola in the pump

I make sure the kind I buy is organic but any kind should work. And as long as your baby eats enough, they shouldn't lose any more weight.

He loss 12%of his body weight and I guess that had the ped in the hospital nervous and it's been having me down even tho he's been gaining weight I just don't want him to ever lose it again and will any kinda coconut oil work ? miss bellesmomma212

Try another cream or try coconut oil. Weight loss is normal in the beginning for babies. Just keep it up and he'll gain it all back. Breastfeeding is really hard in the beginning but it's a really rewarding in the long run.
