so post partum question. how long after a natural delivery did you bleed, have cramps and after pregnancy contractions?

It's different for each person. My son I bled for like 4-6 weeks after having him. I had cramps for like 1-2 weeks after. But my daughter I bled for a week but not bad & didn't have any cramping

About 4 weeks but it could be longer for some people, they say up to 8 weeks
