I'm a ftm myself. But u can fill them up it's really up to u. They have the freezer bags for breast milk u can buy from the store

N as far as increasing ur milk drink lots and lots of water and also u can try the mothers milk tea

I freeze mine in 2 oz increments. . that way there is less waste at daycare. they can only keep it up to an hour once warmed.

I freeze mine in increments of 5 oz bc that's how much he eats per feeding. so each bag is perfect amount for a full bottle ! I take fenugreek capsules and those helps give a boost. also oatmeal (not prepackaged oatmeal but real oats) and almonds are said to help.

its some sort of herb in capsule form. you can find it in the vitamin aisle , its like 5 or 6 bucks for a decent size bottle of it. you're supposed to take 2 capsules 3 times a day. or you can open the capsules and mix it in with smoothies or oatmeal
