I have an important question!!!! Delos has had diarrhea on and off for almost 2 weeks now. Do we take him to the ER? He doesn't currently have insurance as I couldn't get it renewed in time. We are getting pedialyte now. Could there be an underlying issue or what? Everyone else in the house got whatever bug is going around and I'm hoping it's just a stomach bug but it has lasted a lot longer than anyone else's has. Please give advice as to what I should do. I'm scared and I feel bad for my bubby.

I wouldn't. Sometimes babies/kids can have it on and off for a couple weeks. Is he eating? Or at least drinking? I say look at how he is acting. You know best

I would call a nurse first

I think the big concern is that kids can dehydrate easily. Be sure to keep an eye out for signs of that and give him plenty of low-sugar fluids.

just call and talk to a nurse first. and try giving him foods that help to get a little constipated so the diarrhea minimises.
