Y'all have any tips on better breastfeeding?? My production won't change its like I only produce 1.5 & I've been at it for 2 months! 😧 I mean I pump but not as much as on demand feedings. I've been doing straight from the source. But it's sooo stressful breastfeeding period but I love the wonders of it

@wiccanmommy, true & it's like when I hand squeeze more milk comes out. idk why pumping is so hard but squeezing Is so easy aside from my fingers getting tired
Are you drinking enough water? That was my biggest problem, I didn't drink enough with my oldest & my milk started slowing down. Also try to look up a few lactation recipes - I've heard good things about them!
remember what you pump has no indication of how much you make. some women don't respond to the pump and some respond great and then there is everything in between.
see I respond to a pump much better than hand expression. . I have to almost engorged to hand express.
