Been on the ball a hour got the strongest period cramps and back ache debating wether to carry on bouncing and seeing if it amounts to anything or not never wanted to be in pain so bad (tired of being pregnant)

Maybe try nipple stimulation to help? No more than 10-15 mins each breast though or sex if u can?

Period like pains & back ache can be signs of labour in place of traditional contractions x
Is there any pattern to the pain?
Really ok I'm back on it after this snack so period pains are contractions then feel like I don't know what I'm even looking out for except water n plug going with intense pain as that's what happened with the other 2 🙈
Keep bouncing hun, during antenatal I was told the key is to keep active to encourage the contractions but not to over do it so rest when you need to x
