just gave birth on sat and now have hemroids the size of size Forreal im in suchh aggy pain. any advice on how to get the down.. keeping in mind we arent allowed to soak in a tub yet** pleasee help.. they gave me tucks at the hospital and i have pepH ointmet as well..
