I'm 37 weeks today and, looking back, I feel like time has flown by. It's crazy how quick the time goes by and it's scary to think that in less than a month our babies will be here

Sometimes it doesn't feel real like I'm actually going to have a baby and be a Mum. It's definitely going to be a life changer! 😁
