Managed to power pump 3 oz!!! So happy and proud. Gatorade and brewers yeast from yesterday definitely helped. Only problem is my son decided 30 minutes later that he was hungry. 😅 If only he had waited another 30 minutes, I may have had a lot more milk re-supplied to breastfeed him with.

I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.
Me and my boyfriend had sex for about 30 minutes or less(idk) then we went walking for about 30 minutes. And now I'm in pain 😫
Hey ladies question so I’m messing with this guy and me and him been talking for a minute and we have been having sex and like some stuff is off like he don’t want me at his house and he’s 30 and like he comes round only at night time and like after we done having sex he hurry up and wash his self off like his face and mouth and penis with soap and when we kiss he want me to wipe my lipgloss off first Does these sound like signs of him cheating and him having someone back at home ??????
I had my little guy at 4:01 PM today. I got an epidural during hour 2 or 3. I was in labor for 9 and a half hours. Epidural lasted until the last 30-45 minutes, so they put a higher dose in and I didn't know I was 10CM I only felt the pressure in my bottom but I was so gassy and I thought it was gas pains. Nope. Went from 3CM to 10CM in less than 2 hours. I didn't tear but they did cut me. I literally didn't feel anything. But he looks like his mommy. He came on his due date

@mommi2four2016 yup! I eat oatmeal for breakfast plus I use it to make lactation cookies and lactation smoothies.

Oatmeal too!!! I used my ninja to "flour" some and put it in shakes and smoothies...

It is supposed to help increase your supply. I didn't really buy into it but some women say it gave them an extra oz or two so I tried it and it does seem to be helping. I'm not sure if it's the sugar in the drink or potassium or what but that's what it does.
