Breastfeeding is hard. What is a good feeding schedule? How do you keep them awake for feelings?

BFing is SO hard but every day is easier. My little boy likes to fall asleep before he is full. A diaper change usually wakes him up! Also, you could try a cold, wet washcloth.

to keep them awake, try tickling feed, changing diaper. . I let my LO sleep nurse.

I feed on demand. every 2-3 hrs typically. don't watch the clock.. the only time I deviated was if she didn't wake up by 4 hrs in the begining. they fall into a routine but I don't recommend forcing it.
