I need some advise on how to handle a custody battle I don't trust my daughters father to be alone with her... If anyone has any pointers on the dos and donts of a custody battle I would greatly appreciate it.

Would he fail a drug test? I knew my ex would. So I asked my lawyer to have him drug tested. ( with his hair) they made me do it too, but I didn't care. He failed the test, and I had a ton of leverage. Ask for more than is reasonable, because you never get everything you ask for

@cheerbigk, yes there is with legal you can make all the decisions regarding school and things like that. Like if you want to go out of state you don't have to ask the father for permission.
There's a difference between legal and physical custody? Isn't having full custody just called custody? @blanca_boo
@cheerbigk, that will definitely help you a lot in court. I'm going for full legal and physical custody myself.
@blanca_boo, I have a whole list of reasons I don't trust him that I'm planning on using. And supervised visits are what I'm shooting for if not just complete custody
@cheerbigk, you should ask for supervised visitation and if you have proof to why you don't trust him use that.
What are the reasons? Cause they will only look into if he is going to put the child at risk. If you can prove that he's some druggie or some criminal or something then that will help you
