38+3 my boobs are getting sore nipples constantly big and leaking colostrum couldthis be a sign baby might not be long? I'm thinking I'm going to go overdue xx

I've been leaking since 35 weeks but now it's more often than ever where as before it was say once a day. I doubt its a sign though I'm convinced I'm going to go overdue xx

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now.
