How can I get the swelling in one of my breast to go down!? I'm desperate lol I've tried ice packs but it really doesn't help... my other breast will give me 4 or so ounces and the engorgement will noticeably go down.. and with my swollen one I get 2-3 ounces and it stays sore and swollen :(

@mommi2four2016, mines like left too lol I layed on a heat pack and that took the soreness out so in able to pump and I got 4 oz this time instead of two but I still feel lumpy..
I had this problem a few days ago!!! Massages lecithin and pineapple juice not concentrate!!! It all hit me last Thursday/Friday and was clear by Saturday!!! I have been exclusively pumping the left. Wasn't getting a good latch and somehow got a clogged duct @kasieerin hope this helps!
Lmao okay!! my supply is very good rn!!! I relieved most of the pressure using my thermo pack I got from hospital and now I'm trying to put baby down for a nap so I can pump to see if that'll help :)
@mommi2four2016, I have and it's helped the size has gone down drastically and almost matches the other!! :)
