Ring of 🔥? How bad was that? Which was worse, ring of fire or contractions?

I did I had two epidurals. my twin and I were that small percentage they don't work. worst 4 days of my life laboring naturally but baby was worth it @ramenmami

to be honest.. the contractions hurt more, because they went on for HOURS.. & the ring of fire lasted only a couple of seconds (I went all natural during birth), I was up moving around right after birth..

ring of fire is latterly what its named fire it turned my body hot and it feels like your being stretched to the max I guess is how I can't explain it all I could remember telling people the ring of fire is real but I choose all that natural pain over an induction anyway

pushing was the easy part. you have so many endorphins cycling through you at birth that take the pain away. plus the excitement that baby is literally RIGHT THERE help you power through ❤ feeling the head crown can be a big motivation

ring of fire I was feeling myself tear so that made it worse. cause there's no stopping that head coming out and you got to push through the pain
