havent been nursing bc Avery has Thrush but ive been pumping and giving him formula. my supply seems to be dwindling i get 2 ounces from both breasts, 1 From each one. how can i get my supply back up?

wash and sterilize all of his bottles, All the time and that will get rid of thrush really fast.

they make lactation pills like the prenatal ones.. and pump more often can help
