Breastmilk can help, but you've gotta be consistent with it. I did the same as you, tried it, didn't work. Then I basically covered every spot in breastmilk after every feeding, and it started clearing up after a couple of days. Yep, you can do it all over their body.

I've heard a lot of people say that if you put breast milk on it, it'll clear it right up. @zyandi

it freaked me out at first too. it's now almost all gone. I stopped using lotion on him.
