How do I know if my nearly 1 year old is getting enough solids?

Okay I know the answer I'll probably get is "trust your baby she will eat what she wants" but I am so unsure about solids still....breastfeeding I got DOWN. So easy! She knows when she is hungry and when she is full and I don't gotta prepare anything and I know by pees on a daily basis if she is getting enough. SO EASY for me! But with solids sometimes she'll eat real good and literally attack me for everything I eat all day long, then other times it's like PULLING TEETH to get her to open her dang mouth and eat! Ever since her ear infection she has been refusing solids, now that it is gone and she is better she is still only eating a little bit of solids and with turn her head or whine or just not open her mouth, and if she eats it herself she loses interest quick and just smashes it into her hair or some shit lol

So any tips on how I will know she is eating a good amount of solids would be appreciated, and also has anyone else's (almost) 1 year old done this and mostly survived off of breastmilk at this age? Personal experience would be great to hear from!

Well I got my daughter on a schedule and when it's time for breakfast/lunch/dinner I ask her if she's hungry and ready for whichever. If she's hungry she'll walk to her high chair. I literally leave it up to her but she's been doing good even if she skips. Also if she does skip I'll give her snacks 30mins-1hr later. Sometimes she prefers her snacks to a meal.
