I don't know if I should give my son Tylenol or not. He doesn't have a fever but he's screaming in pain again. He's been like this for the past week. The doctor prescribed Zantac but it's gonna take a week just to kick in. And it doesn't say how much to give a 3 month old. The hospital last night said only if he's in pain or fever. Well..he's in pain I feel like

Here's the chart my son's doctor office gave me
I go by this
I would give him some. I have the dosing sheet that my daughters pediatrician gave me if you need me to post a picture
At 3 months old you give the smallest dose on the syringe
It goes by weight. There should be a chart in the packaging
then give him some..a little less than the dose for a fever try it
