Went to go hang out with my husband and his co-worker and his co-workers wife. The wife is due on the 7th so I tried to start a convo with her about her baby, her pregnancy, and if she's ready. Literally this lady wouldn't talk to me but oh would she talk up a storm with my husband. Then we went swimming in a in door pool. We were in there for over an hour and nope no one talked to me so I got out and decided to hold my daughter even though she was fine being alone. What happens as soon as I get out because no one is talking to me. Oh all three of them start playing and laughing and I'm sitting on the side of the pool like a freaking dumb ass. Literally spent $70 on alcohol for the guys and another maybe $25 on pizza and I messed up my daughter's bed time for what. To feel like a ghost and to be ignored. I should have just stayed home and watched cartoons with my daughter. Never will I spend that kind of money or my time with hanging out with a couple. My husband can go have fun and leave me at home with my daughter. I could have bought my daughter a couple boxes of diapers and a few toys with that money. I've never felt so left out in my life. Only question I was asked was 1. how old my daughter was 2. If I wanted a glass of water and 3. Would I like ice with my water. My mind is blown on how disrespectful people can be to a guest.
