Does he also hold his head up really well? If he holds his head up with no problems then I would. My son started standing up in my lap so I started putting him in his walker

My doctor told me to wait until my daughter could hold her head up on her own and sit up on her own.

@tuckersmom, oh yeah! He has perfect head control! He's been like since 6 weeks lol he also holds his head up and lifts himself up off the floor when I have him on his belly and is starting to sit up by himself....I just didn't know if it was to soon or not lol

Well then if you have one, sit him in it and place a blanket around him and see how he does. My daughter was still really small when I first tried even though she could sit on her own and bounce around when I held her so I had to stick a blanket in the seat with her.
