I want to start using up some of this rice cereal and oatmeal cereal by mixing it with baby food. What is the baby food to cereal ratio?

Is there anything that I can do to help motivate my son to crawl or stand? He is 7 months old. He will only stay on his stomach for a second and every time I hold him standing on the floor, he wants to jump instead lol is it still a little too early for him?

MOMS, I really need some help!!!! I've been trying to find a formula that works for my son. Soy works but makes him super constipated, Nutramigen gives him diarrhea, and Similac Alimentum gives him mucus along with bad acid reflux.
