My 11 month old son cries all the time and always wants me to hold him.

Separation anxiety, my son had that too. It only gets worst but I let my husband take care of him from time to time so I can have some me time

Do you have family that will take care of him for like 2-3 hours ? So you can rest ? It gets really tiring. And let me read again on why it happens lol I forgot
