why are that doctors doing so many unnecessary c sections? ladies if you don't need one don't get one. these doctors are so impatient and think just bc you're not progressing that you have to go that route. especially when the baby is going good. just get up and walk or do something. I'm so glad I chose midwives
What do YOU judge Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?
When you first found out you were pregnant and went to the doctor did your SO go with you and were they allowed to go in the back with you? I want him to go with me to the doctor but I don't want him to just be sitting in the waiting area.
Locking your doors We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
You couldn't find a babysitter?! Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. I take my 2 kids with me just about everywhere. They are well behaved (minus the occasional 3 year old meltdown) and one of them is attached to my boob the majority of the time anyway. Am I the only one? Is that a weird thing to do? Do most moms find babysitters?

AMEN!!!!! ive had a c section. was for a nesscary reason but i dont see why in the hell some on these women even would choose one!!!! to get away from the pain?? they dont know what pain is.untill the drugs where off!!!# i agrre with you & now that i had one im stuck because my hospital doesnt allow vbac!!!!!

MONEY. CONVENIENCE. Money obviously. A lot.of women don't want discomfort (even tho the surgery is far worse) and they like the idea of choosing baby's birthday. Let's not even get started on these doctors who push Cesareans on moms who don't need then but lack the confidence or support to speak up. Many don't seek a second opinion.

I want to give natural birth & told my doctor about it and she told me the risks and i was like my 1st cesarian was about 7 yrs ago. why cant i have it normal i waited so long unlike other girls who have kids back to back then i understand their cut can reopen since its not cured all the way..She said to think about my decision but if anything i will have to sign a consent form if i were to want it normal

@cecey0912, girl fight for natural. If your Dr isn't on board with it switch to someone that is.
