@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, I had nurses and LC trying to help. my nipples are the size of quarters. then when I'd finally get her latched she would fall asleep. no one could keep her awake to eat. then when she did wake age was to mad to stop and latch.

What issues did you have? Latching issues? Supply issues?

@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, I tried with both my daughter's to breast feed them but it didn't work. my second daughter I've been pumping now she is six weeks. most time I don't get enough to save but I do have 15 ozs frozen now. I know not to shake it and to use warm water to warm it up I probably will only be able to pump till the end of August. at least she's getting some good.

Of course! As long as you don't microwave or shake the breastmilk after it's been pumped and refrigerated/frozen.

Do they make nipple shields in your size?
