Preventing stretch marks 😩😩 ! ??? I heard any type of oil helps & moisturizing your skin early before they strt helps also.
Stretch marks are genetic and have a lot to do with the natural elasticity in your skin. There's no true way to prevent them, unfortunately. But keeping hydrated and your skin moisturized will help lessen any that you do get, if you get any at all. I'm 40+1 (ugh) and don't have a single stretch mark, I just use either Mama Bee's belly butter or lubriderm for extremely dry skin, depending on how dry I feel after my shower
i shower in dove body wash nothing else & use coco butter i dont have one stretch mark & hes due in 4 days.
I use Palmers and so far it's worked good for me. I'm 31 weeks with no stretch marks.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Breastfeeding information and tips
This is a post I've made to help women who are thinking of breastfeeding, or are breastfeeding and may have some questions about breastfeeding. It is also aimed to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding and may need to know how to deal with these problems because most breastfeeding problems can be sorted.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Hi Preggies,
We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encoura...
they happen so deep down in the third layer of skin that most products don't get that deep any ways. like @lizibear84 said they are genetic. just keep lotion on try not to itch and also try not to take really hot showers because the heat draws out the moisture. I only have a few on my hips but they started way before I was pregnant and before I found out I was I used vitamin e oil on them (they were purple) they were almost gone than I got pregnant and I gave up putting anything but lotion on just because I know they will come back (every girl in my family to get pregnant has gotten horrible stretch marks)
