Aaahg! π he's still hasn't come yet. I've walked 5 plus miles at least and all I've accomplished is lower back pain. Hell I even tried sex when I really didn't want to. as much as it hurts believe me it'll help you so does the nipple stimulation as weird as it sounds I bounced on the bed stimulating them or if you have a pump start pumping and that sent me in 3 days later

@karkster420, an orgasm or climax is never going to work for me then π sadly. I literally get nothing out of sex so the most I'll get is a softened cervix and dilation.

the only thing sex does for labor is the sperm. it helps to soften and dialate the cervix. if you have an O then it does send a dose of oxitocin which is the hormone that starts labor.

have you tried squatting and bouncing on an exercise ball or the edge of the bed?I heard swimming helps never tried that though
