My gums are so sore 😞 anyone else gums bleeding while pregnant and what's your home remedies?? I hate dentists

Yeah mine went puffy and really inflamed. Just make sure you use it for the full amount of time. Hope it gets better soon xx

Yes I did @cs90 I dint think dentist recommend bonjela (they don't seem to think it does much) but I need some sort of relief. I think the thing that helped the most was the mouthwash though and if you don't want to go to the dentist I'm sure you can buy it over the counter. Hope you find something that works as it's very uncomfortable 😞 xx

Eat fruits with most witamin C that is better than any remedy ;)

I have swollen bleeding gums, I just put up with it. Although I've switch to sensodyn toothpaste because my teeth were sensitive as well and it helped a lot. I also use listening mouthwash xx

Yes I had terrible trouble. I went to dentist and he gave me a mouth wash which did help. I also flossed and brushed more often and used bonjela for relief in between! You could try corsodyl as I think it's similar idea to the mouthwash I was prescribed xx

Yes, but you asked for relief ideas and eating a certain way can be one of those.
