Maybe a tiny bit tmi but it anyone else struggling with rashes where there underwear sits. Like heat rash where my bra rests and same with my pants. At the moment I am the heaviest I have ever been (been the same weight since around 17/18). Is this chaffing? how can I stop it? it's uncomfy and itchy.

I get this at the bottom of my belly because it's gotten so big and my underwear are a bit too tight which makes them rub but I don't want to buy bigger ones this late on. Ice packs help xx

@suzie80, I will try the talc that you Attached through picture as I'm going town on Friday and I've stopped using the cream as it just made me really itchy on one side of where my underwear line is :(

Anything moist will make it worse Hun in this heat. I can't wear my special creams for my skin with menthol in it when it hot or I have a flare again. Keeping it dry is the key and this stuff stops bacteria too @dannielle1996

I know you're pain 😭🙄

I've tried literally everything but that soothes it is sudo cream, soothing washes and sleeping without underwear so it lets the air get to it and get it to heal that bit better
