My 2 week old drinks 4oz of breast milk every 3 hrs is that too much???

There is no such thing as too much breastmilk. Feed on demand for sure! If using a bottle, stop every 2 oz to burp so she takes natural pauses, but you can't overfeed with breastmilk.
