started throwing up in the middle of brushing my teeth, tried to finish brushing my teeth and started throwing up more. needless to say I did not brush my teeth 😝😖

I do not recommend mouth wash it made me convulse and vomit worse..

I recommend kids toothpaste it honestly helped me brush my teeth through the whole pregnancy mint made me vomit worse
