So I have jury duty to go to with my cousin in law, but honestly, I'm still in a bit of pain from having my c-section and I don't want to depend on my mom or sister to watch my baby. And of course, I waited last minute to read the information saying that I could have disqualify myself if I had no one to watch my child since he's under 12 y/o. 😧

@surprise4, Yes it is. But I hope they let me. Or I probably will take my baby with me, bc I have him on both formula and breast milk
@_cskxx3, if it is you can call early and let them know. I received a request for jury duty after I had mine but there was no information other than the date and time so I took baby with me ro get disqualified.
@_cskxx3, they wont do anything plus you just had a baby via csection!!! if it were me i would not go and if they said anything you actually have a legitimate excuse... but honestly do what you feel if right momma 😊

@_cskxx3, You said you had a c-section? Dont go and send a note from your doctor that you are still in recovery for surgery. I got picked for jury duty at 20 w pregnant and sat through a case, and then found out I could've gotten out of it.
