Don't judge me but I use to just put an overnight period pad in my sports bra , WORKED WONDERS because the little nipple pads sucked lol

I got really tired of having to wear a bra all the time. since I had the boy I became a full D so trying to sleep without anything was a negative mess in the morning. I bought nursing tank tops and they are the bomb. don't have to wear a bra at night anymore.
