4 days pp..breastfeeding has been going well but now that my milk is in my nipples are bleeding(not every feeding)..how do u get your nipple & areola in babies Lil mouth?idk if that's the problem or not

Mine were like that the first couple of days . Definitely use nipple cream . They also have gel pads that are amazing , they last for days you just keep them in the fridge when you're not using them an they last several days . It's hard getting everything in baby's tiny mouth but it will kill if he is just on the nipple . Try rubbing your nipple on your baby's bottom lip to tease him an that'll usually get them to open wide . @mommyof2_88
I had to kinds grab my boob to make the area that he latches on to a little narrower so that it's easier for him to get his mouth on it.
