Ugh how long are Braxton hicks supposed to last? I've had them for like the last 5 hours 👎🏼😣

my doctor said if they're like 5 minutes apart to go to the er

girl i had them 8 hours..2-5 mins apart...and did not dialate

@vicky810, it's like a continual tightening feeling with dull menstrual cramp pain

well knowing me I would go to the er to b sure @heltemjm 😱

I get them about 1 every hour they last about 10 minutes and they kill.

Try drinking water before you go. Alot of times when mine are acting up I am dehydrated. The further along I get, the more water I need to drink
