Are there any actual apps that can hear the baby's heart beat? I am 6 weeks today and my first appointment isn't until the 23rd..

Angel sounds on eBay. Mine cost $14. It works just fine and you can use a cord and record the sounds on your phone 😉
I was always told you can hear the heartbeat at 6 weeks, I heard my sons heart beat at 6 weeks. But, I guess it's better on an actual Doctor Doppler.
even the Doppler's u buy can't pick up on it this soon

Unfortunately no... I tried them all, even the ones you buy.. None of them work... You need gel to transfer the sound. And I don't think you want to put gel on your phone or speaker. Amazon sells dopplers that work just like the doctors. They're like $40-$50. Best spent money when your in your first trimester. You won't be able to hear the baby either way until about 10-11 weeks
I'm 36 weeks but I bought that at 13 weeks.
