If u look right under his lower lip
It's like tiny bumps and it is kinda dry and rough
Is this the start of eczema :/ he has a little on his stomach too

Looks like it could be milia, lots of newborns have it! Just do a quick Google search and see if it look similar

Yup, that makes sense. It's just irritating his skin. My son got the same thing. If it gets worse, just try wiping the drool as much as possible. Try not to let it sit on his face long😊

I don't think so. As long as your lotioning baby right after bath, you should be fine. Babies just have very sensitive skin, anything can cause a little rash, or bumps.

It could be just baby acne, my son has what looks like the same thing and his doctor said its just a baby rash which is very common so I wouldn't be too worried if I was you. @linkrio94
