So dealing with my 2 month old and we are still trying different formula . It seems to me he's in pain and his tummy hurts real bad .. After he eats 2 oz or sometimes 3 he throws it back up right after he eats and burps ... I dunno what to do anyone else having this problem and can help . I have him in my arms right now with his tummy on mine and he fell asleep but whenever he's awake he seems like he's in pain...
@jlf240, so I picked up a dr. Brown bottle and I can tell it is a lot better than the avent ones I was using he's does not cry as much and does not seem in discomfort as much
@jlf240, thank you I will pick some up :) and @joshuasmommy I'm using the emfamil sensitive . Was using the similac hypoallergenic but was too expensive .
@babyboy449, what formula are you giving your baby right now? I started with the newborn enfamil with my son and then about a month old he seem to be in discomfort. He would cry and cry and squirm in my arms so I changed it to the enfamil gentle ease. That seemed to work but not too long ago he started to get constipated and I just changed his milk this week for the enfamil infant since he is already 3 months old. But definitely bring it up to your baby's pediatrician. I he gets comfort soon.
My friends little girl who was having that problem used the avent naturals. She is using dr brown now and they seem to be working much better.
I know it broke my heart when all my baby did was throw up but talk to doc and you will get it straight! Hang in there mama
No haven't tried soy , @jgled000 and yes he has a appt Tuesday so Ima talk to his doctor cuz this is sad :/ @hayesmommy
I went to the doctor for this my daughter is 1 month we tried adding rice it worked for a bit now she's throwing up again so doctor put her on enfamil AR and also some reflux medicine I use latch bottles and so far so much better
have you tried soy? we had a little trouble. we used soy and were eventually able to switch over to enfamil ar
Bottles that let too much air into the flow cause babies to have gas which is usually pretty painful for them. Which bottles do you use?
@jlf240, hmm that's what I was kinda thinking what do u think could be wrong with the bottle ??
@babyboy449, that's awesome! I'm glad they are working for you!
