I have a question. I want to try and breast feed but the nurse said my milk won't come in until a few days after I have her. Do they give her milk from here at first or do I give her formula until then? It's got me bothered. I don't want to switch milks.

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
I want to have sex so bad , this waiting game is no joke 🙄😩😂 how soon after giving birth did you ladies do the nasty 😩😂??

I wanted to do one of these before our breastfeeding journey ended. I have a feeling it’s soon 😔 since her dr has us giving her formula to give her more calories, I’m finding it difficult to give her breastmilk as well. She gets full off of me alone so she doesn’t want the formula if I breastfeed her first. And if I give her formula first, she doesn’t want the breastmilk. I’ve been alternating feedings but that’s just caused my supply to drop. She’s getting chunky, though. That’s all I care about, really.

you will have colostrum that will feed the baby for the first couple days, I had a c-section and my milk came in 4 days later (the surgery delays it a little longer).... baby will be fine mama my daughter is and we are going on 10 months of breastfeeding

Just breastfeed from birth. Your colostrum will be enough for the baby until your come comes in. Don't use any formula if your wanting to breastfeed only.

I think since they're so little, the little bit that you do have at birth is enough. I'm honestly not sure though I'm worried about the same thing :/
